Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for driving property sales, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

Generate new business through lead generation and networking
Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential buyers
Negotiate deals and close sales transactions
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

3-5 years of real estate developer sales experience in UAE
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Valid UAE driving license
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus, Other languages is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market
